2 cups all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups milk
1 1/3 cups pumpkin puree
1 egg
2 tablespoons coconut oil I threw in some blueberries (yum) and chocolate chips (in separate pancakes -- almost too rich).
These were GREAT pancakes!
